Participate in Psyche's Journey
Poems, stories, and artwork that express the essence of the following themes will be selected for future issues:
The Spring 2011 issue will focus on the principle of Individuation, a lifelong process that allows the analysand to become increasingly conscious of their authentic self. Exploring the processes of "separatio" – separating out shadow aspects, followed by "coniunctio" – the synthesis, or joining of new aspects and new energy that has been redeemed. Meg Wilbur will be our guide to this process. As always, expressions of spring as joyous new life, opening out into the world, coming out of the darkness will also be offered.
Spring deadline for submissions is Mar. 20, 2011.
The Summer 2011 issue, continuing the focus on developing greater consciousness, will offer an introduction to opening to self reflection through journaling for beginners, use of the journal as sacred mirror to the soul for those with experience with active imagination, and our guide will be Marlene Schiwy, author of A Voice of Her Own.
Summer issue - deadline for submissions – June 1, 2011.
Fall issue - deadline for submissions – Sept. 22, 2011.
